HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse/search for the item that you desire on our online store, click on the item that you want. Key in the quantity that you want to purchase and add to cart. Continue shopping if otherwise, you can click on “view your shopping cart” option or the icon on the top right of the page to checkout. Login/Register your account and key in your billing information and delivery information. Select the paypal payment method, key in your payment details. Review your order and proceed with payment. Once done, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click on “REGISTER” at the top left hand corner, key in the required details and click “Submit”.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ADDRESS, OR CANCEL ORDER AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSING?

As your order will be processed immediately, you will not be able to make any changes to your order once you have confirmed payment. Be reminnded that you should update your address before proceeding to checkout.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?

Local Delivery (Singapore Only)
Yes, goods sold are exchangable within 3 days from the date of delivery, however it is handled on a case by case basis. Please choose and buy your items with caution. We also allow returns and refunds if exchange is not possible. In this case, please send an email to info@silken.com.sg with your order details and photo attachments as proof. Our staff will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsibe for return and exchange shipping rates.
