Just simply click here to register an account.
- Browse/search for the item that you desire on our online store, click on the item that you want.
- Key in the quantity that you want to purchase and add to cart.
- Continue shopping if otherwise, you can click on “view your shopping cart” option or the icon on the top right of the page to checkout.
- Login/Register your account and key in your billing information and delivery information.
- Select the Paypal payment method, key in your payment details. Review your order and proceed with payment.
- Once done, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
As your order will be processed immediately, you will not be able to make any changes to your order once you have confirmed payment. Be reminnded that you should update your address before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping FAQs
LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)
- Orders would be delivered 3-5 working days from the date of order, subject to the availability of stock.
- With your contact information given to us prior signing up an account, our staff will arrange a suitable delivery slot with you via Call/Sms/Whatsapp.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Please note that shipping windows are estimated and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days upon checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
- Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)
- Do not worry! We will contact you if no one is at home upon delivery, you may inform us the desired location you would like us to place your parcel safely until you come home. We will send you a picture of the item placement as per instructed. Otherwise, you may also ask your neighbour/friend to help you receive your parcel on your behalf at your place.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd is not responsible for such arrangement. If you have any special request, once tracking is received, you may alliance with the shipping company (DHL Express) to ensure the goods arrive safely.
