LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Our delivery includes only mainland Singapore. Sentosa and Jurong island are not included.
  • Orders would be delivered 3-5 working days from the date of order, subject to the availability of stock.
  • Delivery Charges are as below:
    • Free Delivery when spending SGD $100 and above.
    • A delivery fee of SGD $5.90 will be charged if spending is less than SGD $100
    • We deliver from Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
    • No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays*

SELF-COLLECTION

*Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, we have seize the option of self-collection upon checkout. We seek your understanding and thank you.*

  • Self-Collection at our warehouse is Free of Charge 
  • Customers are encouraged to print a copy of the order print out, otherwise please quote the order number. Our staff will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
  • Self-Collection Point: 1093 Lower Delta Road #02-18 S(169204)
  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday (10am to 5 pm)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • For international orders, currently only DHL Express shipping option is available. 
  • Rates revised since 8 Feb 2022. Yes! We have heard your feedbacks and managed to come to a mutual agreement with our shipping courier to offer new rates specially for our customers. 

HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES CALCULATED?

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, transit time and the size and weight of your order package.  
  • All rates here are in SGD. Customs duties, taxes, fuel surcharge, service charges and clearance-related charges and any other fees (where applicable) are not included in the tariffs. Customer would have to be responsible for any additional charges.

HOW TO CHECK THE SHIPPING RATES TO MY COUNTRY? 

  • Simply input your address when checking out, and the shipping rates will automatically be calculated. If you have any enquiries you may email us at info@silken.com.sg

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

  • Please note that shipping windows are estimated and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days upon checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
  • After placing your order, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing, prior to shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

WHICH COUNTRIES/REGIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?

  • You may refer to the list of countries in the table provided below. If you do not find your desired country or region, please contact us via email at info@silken.com.sg

  • Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • Some international countries require a duty/custom payment on arrival. Please note that our website price does not include these fees. Depending on the country, the amount may vary. Please check out your local customs office for details.

DOMESTIC (SINGAPORE ONLY)

  • Yes, goods sold are exchangeable within 3 days from the date of delivery, however it is handled on a case by case basis. Please choose and buy your items with caution. Items must be unused and packed back in original packaging.
  • We also allow returns and refunds if exchange is not possible. In this case, please send an email to info@silken.com.sg with your order details and photo attachments of faulty product as proof. Our staff will get back to you within 3-5 working days.
  • For sale or promotional items, only defects items will be exchanged/refunded. For other reasons, please email us and our team will review on a case by case procedures. 
  • We do not accept change of mind as a reason for exchange/refund.

INTERNATIONAL (OTHER COUNTRIES)

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. If you’d like to make a return or exchange internationally please email to info@silken.com.sg with your order details and photo attachments of faulty product as proof within 3 days from the date of parcel received/delivered. Our staff will get back to you within 3-5 working days.
  • For sale or promotional items, only defects items will be refunded. For other reasons, please email us and our team will review on a case by case procedures.  
  • We do not accept change of mind as a reason for exchange/refund. 
  • With effect from 13/04/2022, all parcels being returned to us due to any reason such as: Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Denied Entry by Customs, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and any incurred additional custom import duties/taxes which shall be customer’s responsibilities and will be deducted from the refund.
