  • Customers are required to register an account before making any online purchases.
  • A customer must be at least 18 years old to ensure that all details provided upon registration is accurate.
  • Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd only accept Paypal payment.
  • Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd has the rights to refuse, suspend or terminate a customer’s existing account at our discretion.
  • Product pictures are provided to facilitate shopping online with us. Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd will take all reasonable care to ensure accuracy in details of products provided, including images, descriptions and prices but shall not be responsible for any error.
  • Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd has the rights to amend the terms and conditions of use without prior notice. The changes shall be updated accordingly in terms and conditions of the site.

SALE & PROMOTIONS POLICIES 

  • All sale & promotional items are based on while stock last basis. Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd has the rights to seize any on-going promotion at any point of time ( this is inclusive of coupon/voucher/point redemption promotions). 
  • Free Gift! – Any free gift given with promotion product is due while stock last. Choice of free gift is indicated on product listing description. Customers are not allowed to choose other products to replace current promotional free gift. 
  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free! –  Buy 1 Get 1 Free products pertain only to the same product / product type. Choice of free item is based on stock availability and customers are not allowed to choose other products as replacement. Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd has the rights to replace any free product with similar product type upon customer’s purchase if indicated item runs out of stock. 
  • Sale & Promotions for International Orders – Unfortunately, due to our current shipping system, all local promotions are not applicable to international orders, unless otherwise stated under the description tab of each product listing. Apologise for the inconvenience, our team are still looking for the best solution for our overseas customers. 

MEMBERSHIP’S POINTS & REWARDS POLICIES

  • With effect from 31st March 2022, Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd will launch our loyalty points & rewards program on our website, where customers are able to earn points as they shop on www.silken.com.sg and also other ways to earn points as listed in the following: 
    1. Shop & earn – $1 = 1 Point
    2. Sign up an account – 30 Points 
    3. Birthday Perks! – 50 Points (Credited to your account on your birthday)
    4. Like our Facebook Page – 10 Points
    5. Share Silken’s Facebook Page – 2 Points
    6. Follow Silken’s Instagram – 10 Points
    7. Write a Review  – 5 Points per order 
    8. Invite Friends – Every successful referral order you get 10 Points
    9. Level Up Tier Bonus – Silver (100 Points) / Gold (150 Points)

  • For all points redemption: Every 100 points = $2 Off to be used upon checkout. Customers has the rights to accumulate more points and redeem them at any point of time.
  • All points redemptions are only valid for 1 year. 
  • Existing customers (Joined before 31st March 2022) : Thank you for all your support through the years! Unfortunately, to be fair to all new customers. Everyone shall start on the same day of points accumulation. Hope everyone can understand and bring harmony to our community.

  • Yes our membership is only exclusive online, not allowed to be used in any retail partners store. 
  • Our membership is for both applicable to local and international customers. Yes, they are free to join! 

REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICIES

DOMESTIC RETURNS (SINGAPORE ONLY)

  • Yes, goods sold are exchangeable within 3 days from the date of delivery, however it is handled on a case by case basis. Please choose and buy your items with caution. Items must be unused and packed back in original packaging.
  • We also allow returns and refunds if exchange is not possible. In this case, please send an email to info@silken.com.sg with your order details and photo attachments of faulty product as proof. Our staff will get back to you within 3-5 working days.
  • For sale or promotional items, only defects items will be exchanged/refunded. For other reasons, please email us and our team will review on a case by case procedures. 
  • We do not accept change of mind as a reason for exchange/refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OTHER COUNTRIES)

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. If you’d like to make a return or exchange internationally please email to info@silken.com.sg with your order details and photo attachments of faulty product as proof. Our staff will get back to you within 3-5 working days.
  • We do not accept change of mind as a reason for exchange/refund.Â
